Cause of death still not known in the case of Montana teen

The Big Horn County Coroner said Thursday the case of Henny Scott, who was found dead on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation, needs more review before a cause of death can be determined.

Scott, 14 years old, was reported missing December 13. She was found dead last week.

Coroner Terry Bullis said her cause of death is “pending” and needs further review. The case will now be in the hands of the state medical examiner.

Scott’s funeral is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Saturday at Lame Deer High School.

(DECEMBER 26, 2018) The Montana Department of Justice has issued a Missing/Endangered Person Advisory for 14-year old Henny Scott.

The MEPA was issued at the request of Crow BIA Law Enforcement.

The advisory states that Scott is a runaway and was last seen wearing a black Columbia jacket with a gray Nike hoodie and blue jeans.

Henny was last seen in Busby, and may have a physical injury

She may be heading toward Hardin.
