BOZEMAN — Four people were involved in a fight in front of a Bozeman hotel Wednesday afternoon that spilled into the street, and eventually led to a three-vehicle collision, according to Bozeman police.

Police say the fight was mostly contained in the parking lot of the Days Inn on North 7th Avenue, but some of those involved ended up on Oak Street as the fight continued.

The man that police believe started the fight was taken to the hospital. The extent of his injuries is unknown at this time. No deaths were reported during the fight.

As police arrived and traffic slowed in the vicinity of the fight, one vehicle rear-ended another while passing the scene. There were no injuries as a result of the collision.

Police say the man taken to the hospital will likely face charges related to the fight.

Authorities have not yet released the names of any of the people involved.
