Missing person advisory issued for Hardin girl

(UPDATE) The Missing and Endangered Person Advisory for Lauren Krebs has been canceled. Lauren has been located and is safe. No other information has been released.



(1st REPORT) The Montana Department of Justice on Thursday evening issued a Missing-Endangered Person Advisory on behalf of the Big Horn County Sheriff's Office.

Lauren Krebs, a 13-year-old girl, was reported missing from Hardin. Lauren is 5 feet, 6 inches tall 120lbs, with blue eyes and blonde hair. Lauren left a residence around 2:15 p.m., stealing her parents' vehicle.

The vehicle is a white 2015 Chevy Silverado with Montana license plate 228053C.

Lauren is not currently on her medication, has harmed herself in the past, and there is concern that she may do so again.
