Obituary: Ralph "Rico" Richard Riggin

Rick was born August 17, 1952 to Raymond and Anneliese Riggin in Havre Montana. His family moved to Great Falls at an early age and he was raised and educated in Great Falls.

Rick had a quick wit and an amazing sense of humor. He was well liked by everyone who knew him.

Rick worked in the bowling field his entire career. He started out at the Pin N’ Cue in the late 60’s. He ultimately went to Brunswick school to become a certified mechanic on the bowling machines, finishing his years as the manager of the Elks Bowling center in Great Falls, a position he held for many years.

In addition to working in the field Rick was an avid bowler himself having achieved the elite accomplishment of bowling perfect 300 games on multiple occasions as well as several 700 and 800 series nights. He also won a number of state tournaments at the team and individual levels. He was inducted into the Great Falls Chapter of the United States Bowling Congress Hall of Fame in 2013.
