Winton Charles Rollins, 92, of Great Falls, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Benefis Hospital.
Born on October 6, 1928 in Windsor, Minnesota to Charles and Fanny Anderson Rollins, Winton attended Browns Valley High School, part of the class of 1947. He moved to Montana, where he met his beloved Juanita Rollins Cartwright in Geraldine. They were married in Great Falls on January 19, 1950 and enjoyed 70+ years together until his passing.
Living in Great Falls the majority of his adult life, Winton worked at a service station, was a supervisor with the railroad, and owned his own furniture business, Rollins Furniture. Even after he retired, he continued to make wooden furniture. He loved people, enjoyed sharing his life stories, and would start talking to folks only to find out he knew their dad or grandpa. He was a kind and loving man who will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
