GREAT FALLS — During the country’s current health crisis, one young entrepreneur from Great Falls is taking the opportunity to educate her community about the connection between good food and good health.

“My mission is...take care of yourself and take care of the planet,” Hallie Thompson said. “I want to really inspire people to be conscious about what they’re buying and how it’s going to affect not only them but the planet.”

Thompson said she hopes by reopening this summer, her customers can understand the importance of personal and planetary health.

“I just think that it’s also you know made people kind of wake up a little bit and realize how important some of this stuff can be,” Thompson said.

She felt that her eco-friendly smoothie bowl business would make a positive impact while the country overcomes a health crisis.

“I just wanna be out here spreading my mission,” Thompson said.
