It’s been a very nice day across the area, but changes are on the way.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for Cascade, Judith Basin, and Meagher counties, including Kings Hill Pass from 8pm this evening through 11pm Monday evening.

Snow is expected above 5000’ in the order of 4 to 9 inches. In addition, wind gusts of up to 50 mph are possible.

Please be careful traveling in these areas as visibility will be greatly reduced.

Expect a chilly day on Monday with highs only reaching the middle 30s after starting the upper teens to lower 20s.

We’ll see a nice transition to mostly sunny and warmer conditions beginning Tuesday.

In fact, afternoon highs will steadily climb several degrees each day from Tuesday through Friday.

Expect a high in the lower 40s on Tuesday, middle 40s on Wednesday, near 50 on Thursday, and middle 50s for Friday and Saturday.
