We are one day closer to our weekend.
Showers and thunderstorms will continue to bring rain for some of us throughout the remainder of the day.
Some storms could not only bring powerful wind gusts at times but also quarter size hail.
Activity will die down though as we head throughout the night.
We will dry out for your Friday with partly sunny skies.
Our next best chance for rain will arrive on late Saturday into Sunday as a cold front moves through the area.
