(HELENA) — The Broadwater County Sheriff's Department is investigating the fatal shooting of an 11-year-old boy.
Broadwater County Sheriff Wynn Meehan confirmed Thursday evening that the incident happened in the Crow Creek Valley near Radersburg.
An adult male is being interviewed in conjuction with the incident.
No other details have been released at this point, including the name of the child.
Sheriff Meehan also told MTN that this will be a joint investigation with the Gallatin County Sheriff's Department.
