A strong high pressure ridge will continue to bring hot and dry weather to Montana this week.

Wind will be less of an issue on Monday, with most of the stronger winds remaining in southwestern Montana.

Temperatures will climb to the low 90s for most of our area on Monday.

A few spotty storms are likely to touch into Lewis and Clark County on Monday and Tuesday.

Most of these storms are expected to remain dry in nature with lightning being the main threat.

Spotty afternoon and evening storms are possible most every day this week for Central Montana.

Temperatures will remain in the 90s all week under mostly sunny skies.
