The mother told officers that it was not the first time she saw bruises on the kids.
She told Guardipee she was going to call the police, but never did after Guardipee threatened her.
According to court documents, the infant had a broken femur, humerus, left fourth finger, fractured cranium and possible rib fractures.
Sentencing for Guardipee is scheduled for November 26th.

Judge John Larson, of Missoula, also maintained Guardipee’s bail at $75,000.
Larson ordered Guardipee to undergo drug testing if he is able to bail out
Charges against Bradford have been dismissed.
(JANUARY 22, 2018) Jayce Jaydon Guardipee has been charged in Great Falls with two felony counts of assault on a minor and one count of felony intimidation after he allegedly injured an infant in his care.
In addition, Chantz Cynthia Bradford has been charged with felony criminal child endangerment in connection with the case.
Court documents state that police officers responded on Saturday to a residence on the 2600 block of 2nd Avenue South for a report of child abuse.
Officers talked with Bradford, who said that her infant was still inside with Guardipee, and she needed assistance getting the child back. Officers were not able to locate Guardipee at the time, as he had apparently fled the scene. The did find the infant, and noted injuries on the infant and also on a toddler. Officers requested that the the children be taken to the Emergency Department at Benefis hospital for evaluation and any necessary treatment.
Medical staff at Benefis told police that the infant had a broken femur and humerus (leg and arm bones); a broken finger; a fractured cranium; and possible rib fractures. They said the injuries appeared consistent with child abuse, and noted that the injuries occurred over the past few weeks.
Guardipee was arrested on January 22nd. According to court documents, he said that he is a the primary caregiver for the child, and reportedly stated that he is solely responsible for the child’s injuries. He also allegedly said that he sometimes pushes on the infant’s head too hard, causing bruising.
Court documents allege that Bradford told Guardipee that she was going to report him to the police, but Guardipee threatened to punch her. She told police that Guardipee has assaulted her in the past.
According to court documents, Bradford admitted she knew of at least two incidents of Guardipee hurting the infant, but she did not seek medical treatment for the baby, and continued to leave the infant and the toddler in Guardipee’s care.
Court documents note that Guardipee has several misdemeanor convictions: obstructing a peace officer; partner/family member assault; and failures to appear. Bradford does not have any convictions, according to court documents.
Prosecutors requested that bond for Guardipee be set at $75,000, and that bond for Bradford be set at $25,000.
