A woman has been charged with attempted deliberate homicide in Missoula

MISSOULA — Angela Tess Fallan has been charged with attempted deliberate homicide in Missoula.

According to a new release on Monday morning, police officers responded to a residence on the 1200 block of 34th Street for a report of a domestic disturbance involving a firearm on Sunday, October 4th.

When officers arrived they learned that a 32-year-old man had been shot, and was taken to a hospital with a life-threatening injury.

At this time, the man remains hospitalized in serious condition.

Fallan, 29 years old, has been taken into custody and is currently being held for the offense of attempted deliberate homicide.
