BOZEMAN — Andrea Dees of Belgrade appeared in Gallatin County Justice Court on Monday, accused of driving her U-Haul into several parked cars with her two young children in the truck.

Dees, 40 years old, was arrested for the second time in two weeks for felony child endangerment.

Officers say Dees admitted she was under the influence of methadone when witnesses saw her hit two parked trailers with her U-Haul on Glider Lane in Belgrade on Saturday morning.

Dees was also arrested on June 7th for child endangerment after officers say they found her passed out in a drive-through in Belgrade behind the wheel of her car while her two children were also present.

“Just a little under two weeks ago with the same allegations, criminal child endangerment, where she was operating a motor vehicle with the minor children while alleged under the influence of drugs," said Ashley Carroll with the Gallatin County Attorney's Office in court Monday.

"Given the fact that she has that pending and less than two weeks later has picked up the same charge and the same minor children were present in the vehicle with her, there’s serious concern for the safety of the children.”

Bail for Dees was set at $10,000. Her next court appearance is scheduled for July 17.
