Cascade County Justice Court implements new guidelines due to COVID outbreak

GREAT FALLS — Cascade County Justice Court implemented new guidelines on Wednesday in response to the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak.

The office is OPEN for business but closed to walk-in traffic. The Justice Court customer service window will be open from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.

If you need an extension on any program or fines, or need service outside of the hours listed above, call 454-6873.

All filing must be submitted via U.S. mail. If confirmed copies are requested, you must include a self-addressed stamped envelope.

Filings may be delivered in individual boxes and picked up from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.

No one will be allowed to congregate in the office.
