MISSOULA — David Triplett is facing a tenth DUI charge after being pulled over in Hamilton.
According to court documents, Triplett was pulled over on Saturday by a Hamilton police officer in the area of the Eagles Lodge.
Court documents state that Tripplett has DUI convictions in Montana in 2006, 2008, and 2009; in Washington in 1991, 2007, 2012, 2014, and 2015; and Wyoming in 2009.
Triplett, 59 years old, is being charged with felony DUI and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
He is being held on $20,000 bond.
