JL’s Diecast and Hobbies is a unique store. It’s full of toys, but the customers range from little children to adults seeking to remember or grow old collections of some of the rarest diecast cars. “We sell Hotwheels, Matchbox, Jada… we sell all kinds of diecast” explained Josh Lubbes, owner of the shop.

There’s a few cars that are much more rare than others too. “All the collectors want the Treasure Hunts. The Super Treasure Hunts are what all the guys are trying to find in the stores”. These special cars come with real rubber wheels, special paint jobs, and a special card as well. They are by far the most collectible in the hobby.

He’s looking to expand soon and try to bring more to the community. If business goes well then JL wants to bring slot car tracks and other vehicle related experiences to the area. His overarching goal is to make more fun things to do in Great Falls, especially in the winter time indoors.

If you’re looking for a rare diecast you can find him on the second floor of the Times Square Building at 525 Central Avenue. Click here to visit his Facebook page.
