HELENA — Out by Heron Creek, there’s a hay maze challenging enough for kids and adults alike.

The Queen City Hay Maze is open on weekends from noon-5:00 p.m. and organized by the Queen City Football Team.

There is an initial cost of $5 per-person, but it’s all for the kids - every cent is given to the football club to support their team and aid them through the season with new equipment and jerseys.

Pete White, 11, a student at Rossiter Elementary and his teammate, Thomas Morley, 11, from C.R. Anderson Middle School, worked the concession stand and told MTN News how awesome the maze is to them.

“I think it's really cool because there's lots of turns and it's really fun,” said Morley. White chimed in with, “It's really difficult, actually...”

Morley continued, “Fun and difficult, yes - and it helps the Queen City Soccer club out a lot.”

Admission is $5 / person; under 3 is free with paying adult. Cash only.

Open Fri, Sat, and Sun from October 11 to November 2, 2019
Fridays: 6 pm - 10 pm
Saturdays: 12 pm - 10 pm
Sundays: 12 pm - 6 pm
