A man died in Granite County on Sunday after being thrown from his vehicle on Interstate 90, according to the Montana Highway Patrol.
MHP responded to the crash at around 8:30 a.m. The man was driving a Nissan Xterra west on I-90 when he approached a left-hand curve near mile marker 150, west of Drummond.
According to MHP, the man was not wearing his seatbelt, veered off the road to the right, tried to correct, and was thrown when the Xterra rolled.
MHP said the incident is still being investigated, and they do not yet know if speed, drugs, or alcohol were factors in the crash.
