GREAT FALLS — The Montana Department of Transportation is working on clearing a rock slide along US Highway 91 several miles north of Craig.

The slide happened early Thursday near mile marker 23, and large rocks are blocking both lanes of the road.

The MDT says that northbound traffic should exit US Highway 91 at the Craig exit, and southbound traffic should exit at marker 244.

We have not received any reports of injuries.

There is no word yet on how long it will take to clear the road.
