VAUGHN — Jordan Schroeder and his father Phil continued their Autumn tradition on Saturday; it's called Pumpkins For A Cause.

Jordan receives services through Quality Life Concepts. He is also a Special Olympics Athlete and an Eagle Mount participant.

Phil says it is fun to be able to support those with disabilities in the community.

Jordan and Phil use this as one of their father-son projects that they like to do together.

“It is a good activity for the two of us. It is also a great opportunity and we appreciate all the support we can get,” Phil said.

The Facebook event page says: "This is a family friendly event to pick out a pumpkin that Jordan grew and cared for himself. Jordan is an Eagle Mount participant that has chosen to support Eagle Mount through his handwork."

Eagle Mount Great Falls has been providing recreational activities for those with physical and mental disabilities since 1990. For more information about the organization, visit https://www.facebook.com/eaglemountgf/ or https://www.eaglemount.net/ .
