The Gallatin County Sheriff's Office Search and Rescue (SAR) team located and assisted a hunter and a woman who were reported missing Saturday afternoon.
According to SAR, they got the call from the woman on Logan Trident Road, saying the hunter was overdue for his pickup time.
Team members then told her to stay where she was but lost contact after she went on foot to look for the missing man.
SAR followed tracks in the snow and used dogs to track the scent of both the missing woman and hunter.
The Gallatin County Sheriff's Office says there were 20 people searching for them on the ground, with a helicopter overhead.
Both the hunter and the woman were found safe later in the evening.
The hunter was found near Clarkston.
