A strong cold front will enter the state Saturday and drop temperatures significantly overnight and into Sunday.

Freezing fog and freezing rain are possible along the leading edge of this front.

Temperatures will fall to the teen and twenties following the passage of this front.

Lingering snow is anticipated on Sunday.

On average Central and North Central Montana should pick up 2-4 inches.

The greatest accumulation is expected from Havre to Lewistown.

This area will likely see 5-8 inches in total.

The mountains should pick up in upwards of 10 inches.

Temperatures will rebound on Veterans Day likely reaching the mid to high 30s for most.

Another shot of moisture is possible on Tuesday before temperatures climb well above average later next week.
