Another round of very dense fog has set up shop throughout North Central Montana, with visibility less than a quarter of a mile in many areas.

The worst fog is from Great Falls heading north, extending along the Hi-Line. We should see the fog beginning to burn off around 10am and a Dense Fog Advisory has been put in place through 11am.

Temperatures will trend much closer to seasonal averages for most of our area on Christmas Eve.

And you heard right... The likelihood of a White Christmas has increased! We'll have just enough moisture in the air and cold enough temperatures late this afternoon to kick off a few flurries.

Very little accumulation is likely but none the less a few flurries are likely. The best chances for snow accumulation will be in Southwestern Montana.

Temperatures will remain on track with seasonal averages through Friday before gradually warming again this weekend.
