Temperatures will remain just above average on Monday before significantly dropping later this week.

Slightly more wind is likely as Monday plays out with temperatures well into the 50s for most.

Clouds will build later in the day and a few showers are likely throughout Central Montana.

A cold front will move through the state overnight Monday, further dropping temperatures and increasing the chance of precipitation.

The Rocky Mountain Front will have the best chance for accumulating snow.

A second batch of still colder air will drop south from Canada on Tuesday night.

This will allow for temperatures to cool even further on Wednesday.

Highs will struggle to break out of the 30s on Wednesday.

Slightly warmer air will begin to move in on Thursday, however temperatures will remain well below average all week.
