A few showers are on track to move through Central Montana late Saturday night into Sunday.

Showers that do kick off will be minimal and very spotty.

The main talking point for Sunday will be the wind.

The National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Warning for a good portion of Central Montana.

This Warning will go into effect at 8:00 am Sunday and last until 5:00 pm.

Gusts in upwards of 65 mph are likely.

Temperatures will flirt with the 60s in Central Montana thanks in part to the wind.

Less wind is expected as we kick off a new work week.

Conditions will remain mild until Tuesday afternoon.

Our next weather maker is on track to move through the area Tuesday afternoon and last through Wednesday.

A rain and snow mixture is expected with more widespread snow on Wednesday.

Temperatures will also fall to the mid to low 30s mid week.

Much more mild weather is on track to return for the later half of next week.
