A few light lingering flurries are likely primarily over the mountains on Monday morning.

Skies will begin to clear throughout the day with temperatures reaching the mid 40s for most.

Wind will once again be a talking point on Tuesday.

A High Wind Watch has been issues for portions of Glacier, Lewis & Clark, Pondera, and Teton Counties.

Sustained wind of 30 to 40 mph is likely in this region with gusts in upwards of 75mph.

The remainder of Central Montana will be very windy as well with gust around 20 to 30 mph.

Weather conditions will remain windy and mild through Wednesday before beginning to cool on Thursday.

Our next weather maker is expected to move in late Friday.

This system will significantly drop temperatures and is expected to bring snow to Central Montana.
