We're tracking some rain and snow showers Tuesday afternoon.

The bigger concern though, is that some of those showers may turn to freezing rain as temperatures fall.

That, in addition to in to some accumulating snow, could make roads very slippery overnight.

The highest chances for freezing rain will be along and east of a line from Havre to Lewistown.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect in that area through the night.

We'll be watching the radar and road conditions carefully Tuesday evening.

Most of us won't see too much snow from this latest system, with a few inches possible in the mountains, and an inch or less at lower elevations.

Skies will be clearing out through the day Wednesday.

Many of us will see a mix of sun and clouds, but cloud cover will be stubborn to clear out in Eastern and Northeast Montana.

Highs will range from the mid 30s to mid 40s Wednesday.
