Snow is clearing up Wednesday afternoon, and now our focus shifts to a big swing in our temperatures.

Temperatures Wednesday night and Thursday morning will range from chilly to very cold.

Most of the area will wake up to temperatures in the teens, but overnight lows will fall well below zero in parts of Northeast Montana.

Wind chills in the same area will fall to around -20, with some spots nearing -40!

A Wind Chill Advisory will be in effect until 11am Thursday.

On Thursday our winds will be picking up, and gusts of 30 to 40 miles per hour will be possible by the afternoon.

The winds will blow in warmer temperatures.

Most of us will see highs in the mid 30s to lower 40s, but Northeast Montana and parts of the Hi-Line will have a harder time warming up.
