The United Way of Cascade County is now investing money into local nonprofit organizations with the funds raised during its fall campaign.
United Way will invest $827,000 in nonprofits and other community impact work.
There are currently 34 nonprofit programs and eight new programs that will receive grants.
Kim Skornogoski, United Way of Cascade County’s marketing director, told MTN News 40 community volunteers decide where to invest the money, which stays in the county.
