If you’ve got that home-renovation itch and need some new inspiration to get your creative juices flowing, then you’ll be excited to hear HGTV’s “Home Town” will be returning for another season.

The show features real-life married couple Ben and Erin Napier who are on a mission to “shine-up” their historic town of Laurel, Mississippi, “one house at a time.” They’ll start shooting season 5 this summer, and it’s set to premiere in early 2021, according to the announcement from HGTV.

Erin also shared the news about the show’s upcoming fifth season on her Instagram account, where she wrote, “It’s been a hard secret to keep.” Her Instagram post flashed back to before the first episode aired in 2015 and highlighted favorite moments over the past four seasons.

She revealed they’d start shooting in just a few weeks and added, “We can’t wait to meet 16 more families and bring 16 homes back to life.”

“Home Town” season 5 will feature 16 historic homes around Laurel, Mississippi. The goal of each show for the designing duo is to retain the history and charm of every home they work on while updating it to modern style and specifications.

The Napiers’ Southern charm and easygoing manner is just as much of a draw for fans as the DIY projects they sprinkle throughout every renovation. The couple recently told People that Ben gets up before Erin every day and writes her a letter to go with her morning Coke. “Erin is my dream girl,” he told People. “Why would I not continue to court her and win her over every day? That’s always my goal.”

The Napiers are going to be busy in the coming months. In addition to filming new episodes for season 5 of “Home Town,” the couple is also starting production on “Home Town Takeover,” a six-episode series that takes the show on the road to overhaul someone else’s home town. This new series will also air sometime in 2021.

If 2021 seems too far away to get your “Home Town” fix, you can always look forward to the finale of season 4, a 90-special episode that airs June 8 on HGTV.
