The iconic Sip ‘N Dip Lounge in Great falls was transformed into a music video set for the second time in its history on Monday.
Matt Costa decided to film his latest music video at the tiki-and-mermaid themed lounge at the O’Haire Motor Inn.
The Sip ‘N Dip issued a "casting call" on its Facebook page on Friday, asking for between 10 and 15 volunteers to be bar customers in the video; within two hours, they had received more than 100 responses.
Costa says that in the song they are recording, there is a line that says "the aquatic bar" and it was the motivation for this video location.
Once he learned about the Sip ‘N Dip Lounge online, he says that is when all his dreams came true and he wanted to film here.
"When I met everyone, I could tell that the reason why it is so successful and the reason why it is such a beautiful place is because they really put their heart and soul into it. For that reason it is even better than all the pictures. Being here, the spirit is incredible,” Costa said,
Costa’s video should be released before his new album "Santa Rosa Fangs" is released on May 18th.
