Summer is getting closer and more businesses are preparing for summer events, like the Great Falls Craft Beer Week.
This year’s beer week kicks off on June 3 with an obstacle challenge where people will have several challenging obstacles set up with beer stations in between.
Something new being brought to Craft Beer Week is a new beer made possible by a collaboration between Mighty Mo Brewing Company, The Front Brewing Company, and Black Eagle Brewing.
“We kind of put all our heads together and talked about making a style that we thought would be fun for the beer week,” said Tristan Bradford, operations manager at the Front Brewing Company. “What we’ve come up with is helles lager. My understanding is it’s kind of what they’re serving a lot of at Oktoberfest.”
Bradford described the beer as being a German-styled blonde beer with a hop aroma but no bitterness.
Registration has already opened and includes a t-shirt and a passport for all the week’s events.
