(UPDATE, 11:25 p.m.) Shannon talked with GFPD, who said they received an unconfirmed report of someone jumping in the river. Search crews weren’t able to find anything or any evidence of that. They tried calling the person back who made the report and they wouldn’t answer.
At this point, there is no confirmation that a person jumped in the river.

(UPDATE, 10:57 p.m.) Shannon Newth is at the scene and says that law enforcement, fire, and ambulance are stationed along the river on both sides, on foot and in vehicles. They seem to be moving from Central West towards 9th Street bridge.
(1st Report, 10:39 p.m.) Emergency crews have been called out for a possible river rescue in Great Falls.
The call came in just before 10:30 p.m. on Friday.
A person called 911 to report that someone had jumped into the Missouri River.

- Michelle Marie Wingate: Hey does anyone know what is going on at the bridge behind Gibson park there are a ton of police cars, fire trucks and ambulances surrounding the area.
