The Flathead County Sheriff/Coroner’s Office has identified Rian Erik Britt as the man who died in a one-vehicle crash on Highway 93 in the Olney area.
The crash happened on Saturday, June 16, shortly before 6:30 am.
Britt, 41 years old, was from Kalispell.
Britt was the driver and only occupant of the southbound vehicle that left the road and rolled, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
The crash is being investigated by the Montana Highway Patrol.

The Montana Highway Patrol suspects drug and alcohol played a role in the fatal crash.
Troopers were dispatched to mile marker 142 on U.S. Highway 93 at 6: 20 a.m. on Saturday.
The man was driving a Cadillac Escalade southbound, drifted off the left side of the road, hitting a driveway approach and then the vehicle rolled.
The victim was partially ejected and was declared dead on the scene.
Road condition reports were listed as dry and MHP reports the victim was not wearing his seatbelt.
The death marked the 59th fatal accident this year on Montana highways.
