(GREAT FALLS) Friday evening will see the debut of the Downtown Night Market, which will be held from 5-8 p.m.
The 300 and 400 blocks of Central Avenue will be closed for the event.
About 20 vendors will be the lining the sidewalks including, art, jewelry, and craft vendors, which will have many hand-made items.
One vendor attending will be Brush Crazy, who will be doing live art demonstrations.
Some businesses along the 300 and 400 blocks of Central will also be staying open late during the event.
There will also be live music by Melissa Dascoulias, who will be playing from 5:30-7:30 PM. The ambiance will also be set with lights strung along Central Avenue provided by Northwestern Energy.
Food will be available at the Downtown Night Market from SMOKED American BBQ and Enbar.
Kellie Pierce, who is the Director of Operations for the Downtown Great Falls Association, said, “This is just another event that allows people to come down and check out some of the new stores that we have and just create some awareness of things happening downtown.
The Downtown Night Market is a free and family friendly event.
