Friday has been very warm!

Temperatures have been as high as 80 degrees across the state.

A cold front will begin to move in Friday evening, and ahead of that front we’ll likely see showers and some storms.

The main threat from these storms will be small hail and lightning, which could spark fires given our high fire danger.

We’ll be tracking storms through the evening.

Rain will linger into Saturday, and possibly even Sunday.

Temperatures will also drop behind the cold front.

Expect upper 40s to mid 50s for the weekend.
