The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) is hosting an open house to discuss potential improvements to the Gore Hill Interchange and Interstate 15.
The open house meeting is set for Thursday, April 25 in Great Falls at the Crystal Inn Hotel and Suites (3701 31st St. SW) from 4-7 p.m.
Project members will be available to discuss the project while explaining the planning and design process. The open house will also inform the public about the scope and purpose of the potential improvements.
Traffic and safety analyses and conceptual designs were recently completed that examined potential improvements for the Gore Hill Interchange and I-15 between the 10th Avenue South and Gore Hill interchanges, according to MDT.
The examinations included several improvement scenarios, which were evaluated for traffic operations, safety, construction impacts, and other considerations. The key findings of the analyses will be discussed at the open house.
Opinions, comments, and concerns may be submitted in writing at the meeting; by mail to MDT Great Falls District Administrator Doug Wilmot, P.O. Box 1359, Great Falls, MT 59403-1359; or online here.
