The Electric City Water Park officially opened for the season Monday afternoon.

The park’s hours of operation are 12-6 p.m., except for Wednesdays, where the park will remain open until 8 p.m.

The Water Park bathhouse has undergone extensive renovations due to funding from the Great Falls Park District 1 and supplemental funds from a Community Development Block Grant.

The Water Park includes the Mitchell Pool, the wading pool and interactive play structure (Little Squirts Soak Zone); the Power Tower Plunge (two tower water slides); and the Flow Rider where participants can boogie board, ride the lazy river and head down the riptide slide.

It’s expected to be open through August 27.

The Spray Parks in Jaycee Park and Dudley Anderson Park also opened on Monday.
