(UPDATE) Great Falls Fire Rescue says it happened 1009 Third Avenue North.
The fire originated on the front porch and was determined to have been caused by the improper disposal of smoking materials.
The residence sustained minimal damage.
No occupants were displaced, and no injuries were reported..
(1st REPORT) Emergency crews are at the scene of a reported structure fire in the area of Third Avenue North and Tenth Street in Great Falls.
Great Falls Fire Rescue reported the incident just before 9 a.m. on Thursday.
People are asked to avoid the area if possible.
