The Montana VA has announced its annual drive thru flu clinic and fall health fest will be at Fort Harrison next week.
From 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 2, enrolled veterans can receive a free flu shot in parking lot A at Fort Harrison VA Medical Center.
The County Health Department will be on hand starting at 8:30 a.m. to provide flu vaccines to family members. Health insurance and cash options are available to pay.
VA health professionals will also be there to answer health-related questions.
Health experts have said getting vaccinated is the best way to slow the spread of influenza.
