Leftover showers from yesterday’s storms still linger across the Hi-Line this morning.

A cold front moves through this morning and afternoon.

Behind the cold front, windy conditions really pick up.

Some areas could see gusts of 30-40 MPH.

A few storms can’t be ruled out for the Northeast this afternoon.

Temperatures take a drop in upper elevations tonight, and we can’t rule out a snow shower in some of the highest peaks of the Rockies.

Tomorrow’s highs fall well below average for all of the state.

Temperatures fall 10-15 degrees below average through the weekend, too- only topping out in the 50s and 60s.

Rain moves in tomorrow night, and we track rain and thunderstorms in the forecast for the rest of the week into the weekend.

Temperatures also remain well below average heading into next week.
