* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph expected.
* WHERE...Central and Southeast Phillips, Central and Southern
Valley, Garfield, McCone, and Petroleum Counties.
* WHEN...From 3 AM to 7 PM MDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create
hazardous conditions for small craft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Expect wave heights as high as 4 feet.
